About this programme
LUCELEC funded and installed a 10 kW photovoltaic system at St Lucy’s Home, one of the Company’s strategic CSR pillars under Environmental Sustainability.
The system offsets 74% of the home’s electricity consumption and is estimated to save EC$13,149 on its annual electricity bill — money that stays with the home rather than going to its energy costs — while reducing carbon dioxide emissions by seven tonnes a year.
