Fuel Surcharge Increases
St. Lucia Electricity Services Limited (LUCELEC) advises customers that the Fuel Surcharge Cost Adjustment, commonly referred to as the fuel surcharge, applicable to electricity bills for September 2026 is 35.6 cents per kilowatt-hour (kWh). The September surcharge reflects the higher cost of fuel used to generate electricity in August.
